I love "And Then There Were None" (book and that adaptation! But I'm with you on Vera and Philip). "Holes" is also a much loved story in our house! The kids and I have been reading "Sophie Quire and the Last Storyguard" by Jonathan Auxier, which we've really been enjoying.
It was definitely worth the watch! I’ll likely rewatch it sometime—I had such fun comparing the book & mini-series and telling my husband which changes I liked and which I didn’t. 😅
My oldest son just read Peter Nimble and Sophie Quire for the first time! He really liked them. 😊 Love y’all are enjoying Sophie Quire, too.
Ha! I always have to watch things twice because I’m always so critical of adaptations the first time. There are quite a few Christie adaptations on Amazon, but I haven’t read all of the corresponding books. I will say “Crooked House” is very haunting and definitely sticks with you afterward.

I haven’t read Crooked House yet! I’ll have to take a look.
I watched the beautiful fantastic a couple years ago and it was good!
Yes! I’m about ready to watch it a third time. ☺️
I love This Beautiful Fantastic!
